Industry Networking Series: Careers & Internships in Environment, Agriculture and Related Sciences

At this informative program students will learn about these areas and the opportunities offered through networking directly with industry representatives including employers and alumni.

We are securing more panelists (most of them are RU grads) for this major campus event, to represent varied career clusters, and to share with you about your fields of interest, how to pursue jobs and internships, what to put on your resume, and what the job market is like.
To date, the following companies’ representatives are coming:
U.S.EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) for environmental science related fields
St.Peter’s Medical Center, Sports Medicine Institute, for exercise science, physical therapy and related fields
Hunterdon Medical Center for nutrition, dietetics, and food science related fields
Department of Animal Science for animal research, veterinary, farm, and related fields
Melillo & Bauer Associates, Inc. for landscaping architecture and related fields
Chromocell Corporation, for biotechnology and related fields

Agriculture, Environmental, Food, and Natural Resources Industry Career & Internship Fair
Friday, April 04, 2014 • 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Location: Cook Campus Center
Employers, students, and alumni come together to discuss full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities within the agricultural, environmental, food, and natural resources fields.  With over 50 employers expected to attend, this fair will prove to be a great opportunity to network for both candidates and employers alike.
This event is only open to Rutgers-New Brunswick students from all majors.  Attendees need to dress professionally and bring multiple copies of their resumes.
STUDENT INFORMATION:  A list of registered employers will be available around March 17. 
Appropriate Attire:
Minimum attire for ALL fairs and interviews with employers is business formal unless otherwise specified.
