Summer jobs with Environment New Jersey

Protect Our Oceans this summer with Environment New Jersey!

This summer, here in New Jersey, and in states across the country, we are working to protect wildlife and our oceans, lakes and streams by banning polystyrene – or what a lot of people think of as Styrofoam.

Nothing we use for 5 minutes should pollute our environment for hundreds of years. Right now, Americans throw away 70 million plastic foam cups everyday – that’s 25 billion plastic foam cups thrown away in just one year.

Later this summer, we’ll also be working to save the bees – by banning harmful toxic insecticides that are a leading cause to bee colony die off.

We’re hiring paid campaign staff to work in New Brunswick, NJ and in over 30 cities across the country. We require that interested candidates are hard workers and have excellent communication skills.

If you’re offered a position, you’ll not only have the chance to learn how to engage the public on urgent and important environmental issues, you’ll learn how to fundraise, manage your own team, organize news conferences, lobby elected officials and more.

Apply for a job with Environment New Jersey this summer to protect our planet!
