The Environmental Science and Engineering Club will have its next meeting next Thursday October 16th at 8pm (As of right now it's in Tillet hall on Livingston in room 103C- but we are looking into moving it to the ENR building).
Some things the club talked about at the last meeting:
1) Field trip to MCUA wastewater treatment plant (their website is www.mcua.com)- they are going here next Friday, Oct 17. People who are interested should email Christian Santiago (cs872@scarletmail.rutgers.edu). You will need to fill out a waiver form before the meeting on the 16th (the trip is at 4pm around 20 minutes away from here)!
2) Survey for Bioenvironmental Engineers and Environmental Science majors. People should really take this survey if they are Environmental Science Majors and BEE majors, it includes things like research opportunities and details about how the major may change! again, email Christian Santiago for the survey.
3) The American Water Works Association is in its development here at Rutgers. Stay tuned for details.
