MS and MPH programs at Columbia

As your graduating students consider options for continuing their education, I’m writing to let you know about a program that might be of interest to your environmental program students. The Department of Environmental Health Sciences (EHS) at Columbia University recently added a Master of Science (MS) in Toxicology to our degree offerings.

Out Department is part of the Mailman School of Public Health, ranked 5th among Public Health School in the nation by US News. We are a faculty of world-class researchers, engaged in cutting-edge science, exploring how exposure to environmental hazards leads to adverse health effects. However, our highest priority is to engage, teach, mentor, and develop the next generation of environmental health scientists – preparing them to take leading roles in solving environmental health challenges.

Individuals with an environmental background make up a significant portion of our student body. While our Master of Public Health (MPH) application deadline for Fall, 2017 enrollment has passed, the application for our Master of Science (MS) in Toxicology program is open until June 1, 2017.
