Edgewood Properties (www.edgewoodproperties.com), a growing NJ-based commercial and residential real estate developer is seeking an experienced Environmental Scientist to:
Assist LSRP in remediation of contaminated sites;
Assist our excavation division in soil import/export work; conduct soil sampling;
Deliver soil samples to analytical labs;
Assist our legal department with due diligence activities;
Assist our engineering division with site investigations;
Prepare environmental reports;
Coordinate well drilling activities;
Coordinate preparation of Phase I reports;
Assist with NJDEP billing and reporting.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, geology, chemistry or equivalent with environmental certifications, preferred.
In addition, the candidates we are most interested in will have previous experience in site investigations, state environmental program experience, preparation of technical reports and memoranda, GIS exp.
This is a field work position with travel between sites in NJ, required.
