NJ Statewide Career & Internship Fair
Date: Friday, April 27 • 11 am – 3:30 pm
Location: Louis Brown Athletic Center, Livingston Campus
This event is available to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark, and RBHS) students and alumni as well as the general public. For a list of the 170 plus attending employers and details about the fair visit: careers.rutgers.edu/njstatewide in April.
UCS will provide promotional materials and information about both fairs in January 2018.

CAREER EXPLORATION NIGHT SERIES:
University Career Services creates opportunities for students to make connections with alumni from a variety of occupations. Students will have the chance to meet recent alumni and ask questions about their career paths in a comfortable, small-group setting of their peers.
Students who attend this program will benefit from an introductory session over refreshments, followed by small-group discussions, which are designated by occupation. Each small-group conversation will be facilitated by recent alumni currently working in the field. This event is an excellent opportunity to explore various career paths in an informal environment. Business attire is NOT required.

Rutgers undergraduates from all majors and academic interests are welcome to apply for University Career Services' newest, high-impact mentoring program. Modeled after our successful Road to Wall Street program–where 82% of participants successfully secured internship placements in the industry–this multi-year program is designed to help students explore career pathways within the field while connecting them with alumni mentors who can provide valuable industry advice.
Students in the program will map their path through the competitive world of communication and media in the following areas:
Content Creation and Editing
Digital Marketing (Social Media)
Media and Advertising Sales
Media Production
Public and Corporate Relations
Web and Graphic Design

Throughout the semester, students can participate in employer-hosted information sessions. Students will hear an overview of the mission of the organization, positions for which they are recruiting, and have the opportunity to ask questions.
